Donation to HelpAge India

HelpAge India is an NGO that voices the concerns of elders to help them live more dignified lives. Established in 1978, its mission is “to work for the cause and care of disadvantaged older persons and to improve their quality of life.” One of the major areas that the Veni Rao Foundation contributes to is the Welfare of Senior Citizens.

The Veni Rao Foundation, in partnership with CHIREC International, donated a sum of Rs. 3,42,728 to the mobile health units of HelpAge India in the Hyderabad and Secunderabad area. This amount will be used to provide Healthcare Services in inaccessible and difficult terrains, with a special focus on serving the elderly population and those in need.
