Awareness Session on Good Touch & Bad Touch at Adopted Govt Schools
Surveys show that as many as 1 in 4 children suffers some sort of sexual abuse by the time, they reach the age of 18. Sensitizing children about various issues and about ‘Good Touch, Bad Touch’, helps them grow strong both emotionally and mentally.
The Veni Rao Foundation organized a session on ‘Good Touch, Bad Touch’ on 7th March 2019, for the girls and boys of the primary section at the adopted government schools of Anjaihnagar & Gopinagar. The CHIREC Counselors, Ms. Padma, and Ms. Uma Maheshwari, conducted these sessions in a fun way with the help of puppets and by showing the children relevant videos.
